Job Title: Licensed Project Architect - Multi-family/Hospitality - Revit
Job Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid 2 days at home 3 days at the office)

What You Will Be Doing
- Designing hospitality and multi-family projects, ground up, renovations, and adaptive reuse
- Ability to work in team environment to coordinate with construction and development
- Work closely with the Real Estate Development team to analyze sites for potential development of multi-family housing
- Work closely with the Construction Department during estimating, construction documents, and construction
- Capable of taking responsibility for projects from start to finish with minimal direction
What You Need for this Position
- Graduate of a NAAB accredited 4 or 5 year architecture school
- 3-5 years of experience completing design and construction documents for Multifamily/Hospitality Architecture
- 3+ years Revit experience, AutoCAD
- Architectural license
